Please feel free to download any of our patient friendly heart failure toolkit. All of our heart failure toolkit and patient materials have been developed by patients. We have developed our toolkits from asking the patient what they need and then asking them to work with us to design and write them with heart failure patients and their families in mind. We are adding to our portfolio all the time.

This is the full download of the Marvellous Guide to Heart Failure. We developed this guide with the NHS Heart Failure Nursing teams of the UHNM led by Dr Dargoi Satchi Heart Failure Consultant and patients and carers in the Staffordshire area. This guide represents our current knowledge of how best patients and their carers can mange their heart failure on a daily basis.
The guide is dedicated to Les Simmonds who passed away before we managed to complete the guide. With his wife Caroline they helped develop the content at our initial outreach stage.
