The Bronze award is given for the first instance of official involvement with the charity e.g. co-authoring one of our mini toolkits for patients and carers.
The Silver award is given for the second instance of official involvement with the charity e.g. involvement with our social media team.
The Gold award is given for the third instance of official involvement with the charity e.g. this could be representing the charity at NICE or being a speaker at an official event
The Platinum award is handed out once a year by the Trustees of the charity for special effort and results around the charities objectives which could include exceptional awareness building and advocating to name a few…
The Black award is our most prestigious award where only three are handed out per year by our patient educators. The award is based on outstanding contribution to heart failure patients needs.
